How to exhibitSeaFair is the world’s first megayacht venue showcasing unique works of art, jewelry, and collectables in ports along the US eastern seaboard. The 228’ yacht features 4 decks, 28 custom designed galleries, gourmet dining, a champagne and caviar lounge as well as an open-air sky deck. As the first mobile marine venue, SeaFair offers exposure to smaller, affluent, less competitive markets and provides the ideal venue to host potential clients in each port. Exciting in design and more exclusive in nature than larger venues, Seafair offers a truly unique experience for collectors. Seasonal scheduling is a key component of SeaFair. By scheduling fairs and events during the “peak seasons” along the East Coast, SeaFair is able to follow migrating collectors to their seasonal residences. HOW IT WORKSExhibitors pay a fixed weekly rental depending on gallery size which includes all marketing and display expenses. SeaFair employs a variety of promotional marketing activities including public relations, direct mail invitations, banners, local newspapers, television, radio and special events. Shipboard gallery spaces are state-of-the-art facilities and include museum hanging systems, low voltage lighting, carpeting, display cases, furniture and signage. Exhibitors only need to bring their inventory and literature aboard. Each port visit and rental period consists of a four to five-day event commencing with an exciting, fully catered opening evening gala. The ship is then open from 11am - 7pm daily with late night events, often hosted by exhibitors on weekend evenings. Private dinners may be hosted by exhibitors for their clients in the ship's magnificent glass-walled restaurant, along with lectures and educational activities. A series of onboard events, lectures and galas highlight each week. A museum curator or former curator participates in activities in each port. Regional gallery owners are invited aboard to meet with participating artists and view their work, making possible future gallery representation. “Art on the HARBOR” will take place in:

Miami Beach, Florida - December 9-12, 2010
As a pre-Christmas show, the fair will draw attendees from Miami’s wealthy, year-round collector-base as well as its affluent winter residents from New York and other northeast cosmopolitan areas.
Sarasota, Florida - January 27 – 30, 2011
At the height of Florida’s winter season, the fair opens up this lucrative art market on Florida’s West Coast to artists and artisans. Known for its rich tapestry of arts, there is no other community of its size in Florida that supports as many significant arts and cultural institutions.
Palm Beach, Florida - March 17 – 20, 2011
This well-heeled community has supported multiple art fairs over the past two decades, and this show fills a void in the marketplace after the city’s land-based fairs are over. Seafair will dock in the heart of the luxurious and bustling community, drawing affluent winter and year-round residents.
